Mobile Notary Services and Fees
Travel FEES are based on the location and time of the notary being performed (notary fees are not included).
Local (within 20 miles) base travel fee - $35
20+ miles base travel fee - $45
Basic Notary services and Fees (6th signature free)
Acknowledgment: $10 for each notarized signature
Jurat (oath or affirmation): $10 for each notarized signature
Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $10 for each notarized signature
Proof of Execution by Subscribing Witness: $10 for each notarized signature
Copy of Journal Entry: $0.30 per photo copy of entry
Loan Signing Services and Fees
Includes document preparation, printing, pick-up and delivery, and complete notarization of the loan package.
1st mortgage loan package - $125 - $200
1st and 2nd loan package - $175 - $250
2nd mortgage and/or HELOC - $90
Seller package - $115
Faxing or Scanning - $25 per package
Note: Please call for quotes for urgent or last minute signing.
Additional fees for no-shows, notary-wait, refusal to sign, and cancellations
PAYMENT accepted via cash, company check, paypal or any major credit card
CANCELLATION policy is one hour prior to signing appointment otherwise travel fee will apply.
